Got a recommendation to eat at Sal's. The restaurant was pretty busy during lunch which was a good sign. One guy was covering the restaurant and he was doing a great job. The Chile Verde caught my eye and the waiter said it was delicious. The portion was huge but it was so delicious I finished the whole thing. The pork was tenderly stewed. Had excellent flavor, just enough kick. The rice and beans were great. It was delicious.

I don’t know what magic has taken place, but Sal’s is transformed into a not-miss lunch stop! Service is great, safety protocols are carefully followed, and every bite of everything is delicious. The fish tacos were fab. Highly recommend!
